Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Close-Out / Commissioning Engineer to support Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects during commissioning, project close-out, handover, and completion activities. The successful candidate should have 5–10 years of relevant project experience, a degree in any engineering discipline, and proven experience in commissioning and project close-out documentation and activities. Candidates with EPC project experience will be preferred. The position requires immediate deployment, with salary to be discussed based on experience and suitability.

Responsibilities

Coordinate commissioning and project close-out activities.
Prepare, review, and maintain project close-out documentation.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, QA/QC, and Project teams.
Monitor completion of punch-list items and support final clearance.
Support system handover, completion dossiers, and turnover documentation.
Ensure commissioning and close-out activities are completed in line with project requirements and schedules.
Follow up on outstanding technical and documentation issues until final close-out.
Assist with final project handover and completion activities.
